London, 26/10/2020

Introductory note

Stephen Cooney has Ph,D. from the London School of Economics. He is now retired, having worked most recently at the Congressional Research Service of the Library of Congress in Washington, DC. He continues to follow economic and political issues at Chatham House in London.

I am grateful for Stephen’s review of my book and very precise, well-argued comments. I should mention that it was my first book on the subject of the impact of Superintelligence on the future of Humanity, first published in 2018. Since then I have published three more books as a Posthumans series: ‘Federate to Survive!’, ‘Democracy for a Human Federation’ and ‘Becoming a Butterfly’ – in June 2020. You can read the review here.
